For a re-roof our process is to strip the old shingle/shake, inspect the surface, repair any deficiencies as needed, install the the new product you have chosen and inspect and renew any vents.

If you have issues with attic ventilation, ice dams, or damage to your roofing system, our crew will come out, inspect the issue and inform you of your options for repair. We pride ourselves in honesty and will not upsell on your repair.

From the ground up. We will excavate site and prepare it for foundation. Pour the concrete. Construct the frame following architectural plans. Install windows and doors including appropriate garage door and opener based on size and style. Choose and install siding material according to your preference. Apply roofing material, such as shingles or metal roof to weatherproof the structure. Plan and install electrical, including outlets, lighting and any additional features.

We pride ourselves in a well cleaned jobsite. If we are done for the day or the job is complete the site will be cleaned appropriately
